hands-on Armed Field Supervisor
to support multiple sites across the Phoenix area.
This is a
mobile role
you'll be in the field covering shifts, checking sites, and making sure our officers are doing the job right.
What You'll Do
Cover call-offs and open shifts
Conduct site checks and coach officers
Handle incidents and support operations
Keep standards tight across all sites
Requirements
Active AZ Armed Guard Card
1+ year security experience
Clean driving record (REQUIRED)
company vehicle provided
Military / Veteran / Law Enforcement preferred
Must be reliable, professional, and able to work
varied shifts
