Position Summary
As an Operator, you’ll help make world‑class products behind well‑known brands. You’ll work with machinery, follow safety and quality procedures, and ensure smooth operation of the production line. This entry‑level role requires attention to detail, teamwork, and a willingness to learn.
Shift:
2nd shift, Monday‑Friday 3:00–11:30 pm.
Onboarding schedule: 4–5‑day program typically from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. All new employees are expected to complete onboarding during their first week.
Responsibilities
Operate and monitor production equipment.
Load, unload, clean, and adjust machinery.
Perform basic troubleshooting and routine maintenance.
Accurately measure and scale ingredients.
Complete quality checks and record data.
Keep your work area clean.
Follow safety rules, SOPs, and cGMP guidelines.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
High school diploma or GED preferred.
0–2 years of experience in manufacturing or warehouse work.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand, bend, and move throughout your shift.
Basic proficiency in English for verbal and written communication.
Skills
Basic understanding of manufacturing equipment and inventory processes (preferred).
Comfortable using computers or tablets.
Ability to read, write, and understand English.
Basic math and mechanical understanding.
Strong attention to detail.
Team‑oriented and dependable.
Comfortable working around powders, chemicals, and food allergens.
