Cobot Operator 2nd Shift

4 10 Hour Evening Shifts Monday- Thursday

Fabricate and weld product, sub-assemblies and components for production using the automated welding machine (Cobot)

Meets standard work requirements for all welded assemblies

Effectively communicates potential quality and/or compliance deviations (i.e. revisions, weld symbols)

Program robotic welders and developing parameters and schedules for production

Meets standard work requirements for fitting and welding intermediate small parts

Contributes to minimal rework

Interpret machine program specifications or blueprints

Completes all quality related documentation as per work instructions

Fabricate jigs for parts to be fit and welded in by the cobot

Layout patterns according to instruction

Perform basic crane lifts

Operate basic hand & air tools (die grinder, angle grinder, drill etc.)

Perform other tasks as assigned
