
Full-Time Bilingual LPN Oncology Nurse Coordinator - Remote

We’re looking for an LPN clinical nurse coordinator to support care navigation across the continuum of cancer by facilitating guideline-aligned treatment, symptom tracking, and member re-education in partnership with RNs, providers, and an interdisciplinary team.
What You'll Do
Maintain regular contact with assigned oncology members via phone, text, email, and video calls to provide follow-up and support
Assist and coordinate with the RN by communicating with providers and pharmacies and facilitating referrals to third-party infusion services
Provide education and guidance on treatment logistics, medication access, and community or program resources, reinforcing physician-directed care
Identify, coordinate, and facilitate referrals to infusion services, clinical resources, or supportive care programs
What We're Looking For
Licensure: Active LPN license
Experience: 4+ years of LPN/LVN nursing experience in a related role, including clinical experience in oncology, infusions, critical care, care navigation and complex case management
Must speak, write, and communicate fluently in English and Spanish
Location: Must be based in the Pacific, Arizona, or Mountain time zone
Workspace: Quiet, secure location with reliable high-speed internet (U.S.-based only)
Schedule
Full-time
Monday–Friday during normal business hours with occasional evenings and weekends as needed
Details:
Compensation: $40,000-$60,000 annual salary
Benefits: Health, Dental, Vision, PTO, and 401K
Start Date: ASAP, flexible
