Credit Union of the Rockies is looking for a Financial Life Coach/Loan Officer to guide members from first hello to funded loan.
Help members reach their financial goals and get rewarded. Become our next Financial Life Coach / Loan Officer in Granby: interview members, coordinate underwriting, close loans, and earn performance-based pay.
Key responsibilities
Serve as the single point of contact for members through the loan process: interview, document collection, underwriting coordination, decision communication, and closing.
Recommend and sell lending and ancillary products including credit insurance, GAP, and warranties.
Prospect, convert branch visitors, and maintain a strong loan pipeline to meet volume and dollar goals.
Provide friendly, accurate member service and represent the credit union in the community.
Collaborate with branch and lending leadership; participate in coaching and development.
Qualifications
2+ years in consumer lending, retail banking, credit union lending, or similar sales/service role preferred.
Strong consultative sales skills and ability to build long-term member relationships.
Excellent communication, organization, and attention to detail.
Comfortable in a fast-paced, member-facing branch environment.
Proficiency with loan origination systems and standard office software.
