Consultant Coordinator – Behavioral Health
We are seeking full‑time Consultant Coordinators across the state of New Jersey to support our team in educating and assisting patients into treatment for Spravato and Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS). The role is on‑site only and hours can be flexible depending on the needs of prospective patients.

Responsibilities
Educate patients on our treatment(s) and its benefits during a free consultation, which may be held in‑person, on Zoom, or via telephone.
Explain patients’ insurance benefits, calculate out‑of‑pocket responsibility, and work with them to ensure they are comfortable with the cost.
Maintain clear and consistent communication with prospective patients between the consultation and the start of treatment.
Complete all required documentation, apply timely status updates into the system used by the business, and upload all necessary documentation.
Troubleshoot any obstacles that may interfere with a patient getting into treatment.
Collect documentation required for insurance authorizations.
Collaborate with a team of clinicians to place people into treatment at this center and other centers across the state.
Work with other coordinators statewide to efficiently place patients into treatment.
Desired Skills and Experience
Experience in behavioral health.
Experience in sales.
Experience working with computers, software, and CRMs.
Experience with insurance policies.
Strong communication, self‑motivation, empathy towards patients, and high organization.
