No matter what your role, you will be part of a team that is building the future of agriculture – solving the world’s food problems through innovation, technology, and putting people first.We’re hiring a **Maintenance Technician for third (3rd) shift during production season** to support our **Grand Rapids, Ohio site.****Please note***:*Visa sponsorship is not available.Relocation is not available.**What You’ll Do:*** Support day‐to‐day plant operations and capital projects* Perform preventative, predictive, and seasonal maintenance activities* Maintain plant shop, tools, equipment, and facilities* Ensure proper setup, calibration, operation, and upkeep of machines* Support Process Safety Management and site safety initiatives* Complete fabrication and improvement projects* Perform grounds and facility maintenance as needed* Maintain accurate equipment records, prints, and PM plans* Troubleshoot basic electrical systems (24VDC–480VAC)**What You Bring:*** High school diploma/GED* Comfortable working at heights above 25 feet with required fall‐protection equipment* Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)* Willing to work in warehouse/plant environments and perform hands‐on work* Able to lift up to 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation* Willing and able to work overtime and shift schedules, including weekends* Valid driver's license**What Makes You Stand Out:*** Knowledge of production agriculture equipment and machinery* Basic understanding of building electrical systems and process control* Welding and/or millwright skills (seed industry a plus)* Experience with pneumatic and hydraulic systems* 2+ years of industrial electromechanical education and/or hands‐on experience* Experience using a CMMS (e.g., SAP) for work orders and parts inventory**Benefits – How We’ll Support You:*** Numerous development opportunities offered to build your skills* Be part of a company with a higher purpose and contribute to making the world a better place* Health benefits for you and your family on your first day of employment* Four weeks of paid time off and two weeks of well-being pay per year, plus paid holidays* Excellent parental leave which includes a minimum of 16 weeks for mother and father* Future planning with our competitive retirement savings plan and tuition reimbursement program* Learn more about our total rewards package here -* Check out life at Corteva!Corteva Agriscience is an equal opportunity employer.
