Duties
Use AutoCAD Civil 3D software to produce detailed subdivision maps, ALTA Surveys, topographic surveys, and various survey related maps or exhibits.
Research boundary and easement title documents and perform boundary analysis.
Use field crew data files (points), field sketches, photos, and reference maps to prepare survey documents.
Coordinate work activities to maintain schedules and ensure quality control.
Develop familiarity with Truxaw's practices, procedures, and standards.
5+ years of relevant experience.
Advanced knowledge and proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D.
Strong work ethic, detail oriented, professional attitude, good communication, time management.
Ability to work both independently and with a team.
