Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Yard Coordinator for our Lubbock, TX location. The Yard Coordinator is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the yard and facility, including equipment check-in and check-out, inventory management, equipment cleaning, and maintaining overall yard organization. Familiarity with heavy machinery (CAT equipment) is advantageous.
Key Responsibilities
Check in and check out equipment efficiently.
Capture video and photographic documentation of equipment and attachments.
Prepare and disseminate damage reports as required.
Send out damage notifications to sales, customers and service department as required.
Maintain up-to-date inventory records for machinery and attachments using M1 system.
Assist with tire and undercarriage inspections and maintain tire inventory data.
Enter relevant data into work orders.
Ensure yard and shop housekeeping and maintenance.
Operate forklift to load / unload attachments and parts.
Perform additional duties as assigned by service manager or shop foreman.
Personal Requirements
Self‑motivated and proactive individual.
Strong oral and written communication skills.
Proficient with computers and Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Excellent organizational skills.
Mechanical background is beneficial.

Valid driver’s license.
