OTR REEFER Drivers
You choose the home time based on a 28‑day month. 6 days off per month. You can be home every other weekend for a full 3 days, or work 22 days and take off 6 days. 2 stipulations: must give an 8‑day notice of your days off and work a full 11 days before you take off.
Running area is all 48 states.
Schedule & Compensation
Minimum pay guarantee.
No touch.
75% drop & hook.
50–65 cpm based on experience.
2500+ miles per week.
Requirements
1 year of verifiable driving experience in the last 5 years.
Must be able to pass a urine drug test.
Clean MVR.
Must pass a background check.
