Position Summary
The Beach Club Bartender is responsible for crafting high-quality beverages and delivering an exceptional guest experience in a vibrant beachfront setting. This role requires speed, precision, and personality-balancing efficient service with elevated hospitality standards to create a memorable, resort-style atmosphere.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and serve alcoholic and non‑alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and standards
Provide friendly, engaging, and professional service to all guests
Maintain strong knowledge of cocktails, beer, and specialty beach club offerings
Ensure bar setup is fully stocked, clean, and organized at all times
Accurately process orders and payments using the POS Aloha system
Monitor guest alcohol consumption and ensure responsible service practices
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the bar area in compliance with health regulations
Collaborate with cocktail servers and kitchen staff to ensure timely and efficient service
Assist with inventory control, restocking, and end‑of‑shift closing duties
Qualifications
Previous bartending experience in a high-volume or resort-style environment preferred
Strong mixology skills and knowledge of classic and contemporary cocktails
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to multitask and perform under pressure
Energetic, outgoing personality with a guest-focused mindset
Requirements
Must be able to work outdoors in heat, sun, and varying weather conditions
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30–50 lbs
Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
Must meet legal age requirements for alcohol service
Valid
TABC Certification
required
Food Handler Certification preferred
