Your Role: Leadership When It Matters Most
Lead & support a specialized behavioral health team during surges or backfill needs
Conduct behavioral assessments & mental health evaluations for unaccompanied minors
Provide immediate crisis intervention & trauma‑informed support
Ensure effective, culturally sensitive care in collaboration with facility staff
Proactively engage with at‑risk youth to ensure their well‑being
Who We Need:
Master’s degree or higher in Behavioral Health (MS/MSW/MA)
Independent License in California (LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, LPC)
Experience leading or supervising behavioral health teams in fast‑paced environments
Strong crisis intervention & trauma‑informed care expertise
Bilingual (Spanish) preferred, but not required
