DayTime Wed 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM Thu 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM Fri 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM Sat 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM

What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a technology-focused location.

Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and communicating with site contacts and/or public emergency responders as needed.

Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, parking areas, access points, and perimeter locations to help deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.

Monitor access control points, verify credentials, and screen visitors, deliveries, and/or contractors in support of security-related protocols for sensitive equipment, workspaces, and restricted areas.

Perform assigned armed post duties in accordance with Allied Universal policies and site requirements, maintaining professional presence, handling security-related concerns, and reporting incidents in a timely manner.

Minimum Requirements:

Possess 3+ years of combined law enforcement, military, and/or security-related experience or a college degree.

Be at least 21 years of age.

A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.

An armed guard card/license is required.

Alarm panel experience is preferred.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

Participate in industry-specific security training programs.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
