Maintenance Manager

The Maintenance Manager is responsible for leading plant maintenance and reliability excellence across highly automated, advanced manufacturing operations. This role is responsible for equipment uptime, asset reliability, and maintenance performance while leading a multidisciplinary technical team supporting high-pressure die casting, automation, machining, and digital manufacturing systems. The Maintenance Manager will drive world‑class reliability practices, safety, continuous improvement, and integration of new technologies.

Requirements

Bachelors degree in Engineering or related field

5+ years of management experience in highly automated environments
