ABA Behavior Technician
Community Autism Services, a division of The Stepping Stones Group, is urgently hiring for Behavior Technicians. Part-time positions are available in home, school, and community settings in La Mesa, CA, with comprehensive paid ABA training.
Pay
$21.00 - $26.00 per hour

Job Duties
Deliver direct Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) treatment services to children diagnosed with autism, conducting sessions in various settings such as their homes, schools, or within the community.
Work under the guidance of a program supervisor, instructing clients on essential skills such as communication, play, socialization, and fostering greater independence. Assist in addressing challenging behaviors.
Duties include collecting, organizing, and summarizing behavioral data related to the child's treatment goals.
Maintain a 6-month commitment to consistent attendance and timely communication.
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent
Part-time schedules starting from 3:00pm (flexibility for those juggling school)
Able to commute up to 5–20 miles or 30–45 minutes
Childcare experience required
Bilingual Spanish is a plus
