Project Manager – Foundations
Strengthening our nation’s power grid isn’t easy, but reliable electrical service is essential to everyday life. Every time someone charges an iPhone, cranks up the A/C, or turns on a computer, we are busy behind the scenes making it happen.
Michels Power, Inc. is one of the largest, most sought‑after power delivery contractors in the United States. We execute the entire spectrum of electrical infrastructure projects—including the construction of transmission lines and substations, modernization of distribution systems, and development of Oil & Gas facilities and Renewable Energy initiatives. We also restore power after natural disasters strike.
Key Responsibilities
As a Project Manager, you will manage a phase of a large complex project or multiple medium sized projects worth $500K to $10M. You are accountable for all aspects of a project’s success from the initial proposal/bidding process, meeting or exceeding client expectations, to profitable completion, with a special emphasis on safety performance.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Construction Management, Engineering, or related field and 5‑7 years of related experience or an equivalent combination
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Experience with Project Management software (Primavera, HCSS, etc.)
A valid driver license and acceptable driving record
Ability to travel and commit to long‑term onsite projects
