Front Office Manager
We are looking for a Front Office Manager to assist the Director of Rooms in delivering the brand promise by managing the Front Office operations for the hotel, including, but not limited to, the Front Desk, Concierge (including bell and the hotel entrance), Guest Service Centre, Business Centre, Airport Services, and Transportation. Ensures that all Front Office employees deliver the brand promise and provide exceptional guest service at all times.
Job Requirements
Fluent in English conversation with strong coordination and management skills.
Supervise the service quality and operational standards of employees in all sections of the Front Office and implement comprehensive oversight of all Front Office operations.
Have a comprehensive grasp of basic financial knowledge related to front desk cash handling and be able to address financial issues that arise in daily service processes.
