Job Description
ConGlobal is hiring immediately for a Car Loader/Unloader role in our global supply chain operations. This position offers paid training, competitive pay, excellent benefits, and long-term advancement opportunities.
Schedule:
Start time 8:00AM. Current schedule pattern is 4‑day on and 2‑day off rotation; weekend availability is required.
Driver’s License:
A valid driver's license is required. Applications without a valid driver's license will not be considered.
Job Overview
As a Car Loader/Unloader, you play a vital role in the movement of vehicles within our terminal operations. You will safely drive vehicles on and off railcars, then properly park them in designated lots for inventory checks and quality control.
Key Responsibilities
Drive vehicles onto and off railcars safely and efficiently.
Park vehicles in designated areas for processing, inventory, and inspection.
Conduct basic inspections to identify and report any visible damage or quality issues.
Work closely with team members and supervisors to ensure timely vehicle movement.
Follow all safety procedures, speed limits, and operational guidelines.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas.
Qualifications
Valid Driver’s License.
Willingness and ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
Ability to lift 40 lbs over head while standing.
Ability to climb ladders and stairs both off and on railcars.
Manual transmission experience preferred but not required.
Open availability required, with ability to work 5 days a week.
Friday, Saturday, and Sunday are required.
Must pass pre‑employment background verification, physical and drug screening.
The Federal Railroad Administration sets and enforces safety regulations for railroad operations. If applicable, you will have to take and pass a drug screen.
