HVAC Installation Tech / Residential Installer Qualifications
Minimum of three years experience including hands‑on training and/or work is required
EPA Certification
Advanced HVAC skills
Valid driver’s license
Clean driving record
Ability to pass a background check and drug test
Proven track record installing heating and cooling systems
Ability to draw simple diagrams, read blueprints, and other diagrams
