Duties & Responsibilities
Welcome patients and ensure a positive experience from arrival
Prepare patients for treatments and checkups while ensuring comfort
Select and set up instruments, equipment, and materials
Assist the dentist with 4-handed dentistry
Sterilize instruments and maintain infection control standards
Maintain a clean and organized clinical environment
Requirements
Prior dental assisting experience preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Team-oriented with a positive attitude
Pay & Compensation
$25–$28 per hour (based on experience)
