We are seeking a mid-senior level Network & Systems Engineer to architect, deploy, and support secure connectivity and core infrastructure across our enterprise. This role combines advanced VPN
etwork engineering with systems administration and cloud integration, ensuring reliable, compliant, and scalable services across data centers, cloud environments, and branch offices. The ideal candidate will be equally comfortable troubleshooting complex VPN issues, configuring firewalls, and supporting Windows/Linux systems in hybrid environments.
Key Responsibilities

Design, configure, and maintain IPSec/SSL VPN tunnels between corporate data centers, cloud platforms, and remote offices.
Lead new site network deployments, including VPN build-outs, firewall/router/switch configuration, and WAN provisioning.
Ensure high availability and failover for critical VPN links.
Troubleshoot advanced connectivity issues using packet captures, flow analysis, and diagnostic tools.
Monitor performance and uptime using SNMP, NetFlow, and enterprise monitoring solutions.
Maintain accurate diagrams and documentation for network topology, routing, and security policies.
Administer Windows Server and Linux systems in enterprise and cloud environments.
Manage Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, group policies, and identity integrations with network security.
Support hybrid cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP), including VPN connectivity, IAM integrations, and workload access.
Oversee patching, upgrades, and configuration management for infrastructure servers.
Participate in disaster recovery planning and testing across systems and networks.
Collaborate with InfoSec on compliance, logging, and endpoint protection initiatives.
Skills & Experience

Hands-on expertise with Cisco ASA, Fortinet, Palo Alto, or Ubiquiti platforms.
Strong understanding of IKEv1/IKEv2, ESP, AH, NAT-T, and secure tunneling protocols.
Solid experience with routing protocols (OSPF, BGP) in VPN/WAN deployments.
Proven experience administering Windows Server, Linux, and Active Directory.
Familiarity with identity platforms (Azure AD, ADFS, LDAP, SSO/MFA).
Hybrid cloud experience in AWS, Azure, or GCP.
Strong troubleshooting skills with Wireshark, tcpdump, and OS-level diagnostic tools.
Documentation skills using Visio, Lucidchart, Confluence, or similar.
Preferred Qualifications

Certifications such as CCNP Security, PCNSE, NSE4+, MCSE, or RHCSA.
Experience with VMware or Hyper-V virtualization.
Exposure to automation/orchestration tools (PowerShell, Ansible, Terraform).
Familiarity with SIEM/logging tools (Splunk, Elastic, Graylog).
Knowledge of zero-trust security models and modern access frameworks.
