You will act as a key technical expert, resolving complex issues across Linux-based systems, parallel file systems, and high-performance storage environments. Working closely with enterprise clients, you will ensure stability, performance, and reliability of mission-critical systems. The position combines deep technical troubleshooting with customer interaction, requiring both analytical precision and strong communication skills. You will collaborate with engineering teams to improve product quality and drive continuous enhancement based on real-world use cases. Accountabilities
Provide advanced technical support for enterprise customers using high-performance storage and file system solutions
Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve complex issues across Linux systems, networking, and parallel file systems such as Lustre
Reproduce customer issues in lab environments to identify root causes and define effective solutions or workarounds
Create and maintain test plans, troubleshooting procedures, and technical documentation for upgrades and support processes
Collaborate closely with engineering teams to improve product quality based on customer feedback and real-world scenarios
Communicate complex technical concepts clearly to customers with varying levels of technical expertise
Build strong, trusted relationships with enterprise clients to ensure high-quality support experience
Contribute to internal tools, knowledge sharing, and mentoring of junior team members
Manage multiple priorities while ensuring timely resolution of customer issues and service continuity
Requirements
5+ years of experience supporting Linux-based file systems or enterprise storage systems in production environments
Strong background in RAID storage systems, troubleshooting, and high-performance computing environments
Solid understanding of Linux/Unix systems, networking, and storage technologies such as SAN, NAS, SCSI, or similar
Experience working with complex distributed systems and hardware/software interactions
Strong analytical and debugging skills with a systematic approach to problem-solving
Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
Ability to work in fast-paced environments with shifting priorities and high customer expectations
Experience with enterprise storage vendors or technologies (e.g., NetApp, EMC, Brocade, Cisco SAN) is a plus
Knowledge of AI, HPC workloads, or cloud storage environments is highly desirable
Ability to mentor junior engineers and act as a technical reference point within the team
