Oracle Fusion Financials Business Systems Analyst
Our client is seeking a Senior Oracle Software Engineer to take ownership of critical financial systems that power core business operations. This role offers the opportunity to shape how financial data flows, is structured, and ultimately drives decision-making across the organization. You’ll partner closely with Finance and IT leadership to design scalable solutions, improve processes, and ensure the integrity of financial reporting in a complex, multi-entity environment.

Key Responsibilities
Lead design and ownership of Oracle Fusion Financials, with a focus on General Ledger and supporting modules such as AP, AR, and Fixed Assets
Own and enhance Oracle EPM processes including payroll allocations, reporting models, and data integrity across financial systems
Configure and support intercompany accounting, eliminations, and multi-entity financial structures
Drive integrations between Oracle platforms and systems like Workday, Concur, Salesforce, and ServiceNow
Troubleshoot complex issues, support quarterly updates, and identify opportunities for automation and process improvement
Qualifications
10+ years of experience working with Oracle Financial systems, including hands‑on ownership of Oracle Fusion Financials
Deep expertise in General Ledger, financial data structures, and end‑to‑end accounting processes
Strong experience with Oracle EPM, including allocations, reporting, and cube/data model management
Proven ability to support integrations across enterprise platforms and maintain data integrity
Experience operating in SOX/ICFR‑controlled environments with strong documentation and audit support
