Our client, a leading food manufacturing company, is seeking an Overnight Plant Sanitation Technician to join their team. In this role, you will support the Sanitation Department by ensuring production equipment and facility areas are thoroughly cleaned and ready for the next shift. This includes disassembling machinery and performing wet wash procedures to meet strict food safety and quality standards. The ideal candidate will bring attention to detail, reliability, and a strong commitment to safety.

Pay Range:
$20.50/hour
Shift:
10:00pm-6:30am
What’s the Job?
Perform cleaning and sanitization of production equipment and facility areas following sanitation schedules
Disassemble and reassemble machinery to ensure thorough cleaning and inspection
Operate sanitation equipment such as power washers, foamers, and floor scrubbers
Follow food safety standards including GMP, SQF, and chemical handling procedures
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment across production and common areas
What’s Needed?
High School Diploma or GED required
1+ year of experience in sanitation, industrial cleaning, or manufacturing preferred
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in wet or variable temperature environments
Comfortable working overnight shifts, weekends, and overtime as needed
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow safety and sanitation procedures
