Sr. Epic Analyst
The Information Technology Analyst is responsible for providing tactical and operational support for the implementation of enterprise Epic systems. Reporting to the Manager IT‑Epic, the Analyst is responsible for system build, implementation and operation activities for assigned Epic Modules. The analyst works as part of a consortium team with clinicians, project managers, analysts, and developers who have module‑specific domain expertise. The position works closely with clinical and business users, and assists a multi‑disciplinary team in the design, implementation, optimization, change management, and issue resolution related to the enterprise system. Broad exposure to systems such as the Epic platform, along with clinical workflow and business processes, is required.
This is a full‑time position, working four days a week mostly out of the Corporate Office in mid‑town Manhattan; remote work is possible one day per week. All roles require on‑site presence, so employees should live within a commutable distance to NYP.
Preferred Criteria
Degree or major in Computer Science
Epic Certification
ITIL Certification
PMP Certification
NYS Clinical licensure (Medical, Nursing, Pharmacy, or other relevant allied health professional)
Required Criteria
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
Epic Module Certification obtained within six months of employment
Five to seven or more years of previous work‑related experience
NYP will not reimburse for travel expenses.
