Job Summary
We are seeking a dependable CDL-A truck driver for Swift, based in Phoenix, AZ.
Primary Responsibilities
Route / Lane: Dollar Tree – Phoenix, AZ
Pay: $1,400 weekly average (≈$0.60 per mile) – 1,800 miles per week
Schedule: Both day and night shifts, weekend work (Yes) and holiday work as needed by customer
Home time: Twice a week
Experience required: Trainee or First‑Seat (experienced) with 1 year experience
Equipment: Liftgate trailer, unload roll‑carts
Endorsements: None required
Requirements & Qualifications
Valid CDL Class A (CDL-A) License
1 year of experience, as a trainee or first‑seat driver
Familiarity with liftgate trailers and roll‑carts; no endorsements required
Work region: Arizona (within 70 miles of 85340)
Delivery area: Regional – Phoenix to Southern California, Nevada, Utah, Arizona
Compensation & Schedule
Weekly pay average: $1,600 – $1,900
Home time: Twice a week
Schedule: Both day and night shifts; weekend and holiday work as needed
Mileage: 1,800 miles per week
