We are looking for a Server to join our team at Vitalia Highland Heights located at 305 Bishop Rd, Highland Heights, Ohio 44143.
Position: Server (Part-Time)
Location: Highland Heights, Ohio
Starting wage: $16 - $18 per hour
Shift schedule: Monday, Tuesday, Sunday 4:30 pm–7:30 pm
Responsibilities
Be a Host with the Most: greet residents, make them feel welcome, be present in the dining room, mingle, entertain, and foster an environment where residents can connect.
Be a Peppy Prepper: prepare tables for service, salads for next meal, or roll silverware, ensuring successful meal service through preparation.
Be a Titan of Tidiness: buss tables, sweep floors, and keep the community clean and proud.
Qualifications
At least 16 years of age.
Read, write, understand, and communicate in English at a minimum of 8th‑grade proficiency with residents.
Positive and energetic attitude who loves residents.
Active to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and stoop all day.
Ability to frequently lift or move items up to 50 pounds.
Ability to assist residents with sitting, standing, walking, and assistance after a fall.
Criminally cleared.
