Overview

As a Dishwasher, you will play a key role in maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment and understand the importance of sanitation in a premium food retail setting. This role is essential to ensuring smooth kitchen operations and delivering an exceptional customer experience.
Responsibilities

Wash and sanitize dishes, cookware, utensils, and kitchen equipment according to health and safety standards
Maintain cleanliness of dishwashing area, including sinks, floors, and trash receptacles
Assist with basic kitchen prep tasks as needed (e.g., peeling vegetables, portioning ingredients)
Monitor and replenish cleaning supplies and dishwashing chemicals
Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines, including proper handling of chemicals
Support cooks and production team by ensuring timely availability of clean items
Report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards to management
Uphold the store’s standards of excellence in cleanliness and professionalism
This is a part-time position with shifts varying from 3pm - 12am on weekdays and weekends.
Skills/Requirements

Applicants must be at least 18 years old
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume setting
Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness
Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs, bend, and stand for extended periods of time
Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays
The hourly range for this position is $16-18 per hour. The specific hourly rate offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate’s experience, education, and the work location. Available benefits include medical, dental, vision & 401k.
