As the Manager, Immunizations Strategy & Insights, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the strategy and insights for the Immunizations portfolio within the retail pharmacy business. You will develop strategic plans that align with company goals to drive sustainable growth by analyzing market trends, gathering competitive insights, identifying opportunities, managing trade partner relationships, and developing business insights and financial projections that support the team’s strategy. In this role, you will also manage cross-functional relationships with Trade partners by hosting recurring meetings, developing external-facing executive-level presentations, and gathering insights to ensure alignment and collaboration across key stakeholders.**Responsibilities:*** **Develop and execute complex multi-year strategies** for the Immunizations portfolio, using deep market and competitive insights to inform strategic choices and recommendations.* **Communicate a clear, compelling story—both in writing and verbally** to influence, align, and inspire key stakeholders, synthesizing diverse inputs (business opportunities, insights, constraints, and experience) into actionable recommendations.* **Demonstrate proactive ownership and high accountability**, anticipating needs, initiating action, and driving work through to completion with minimal oversight while leading and collaborating effectively in a highly matrixed environment.* **Manage and strengthen strategic, cross-functional partnerships**, facilitating regular communication to gain alignment across functions and ensure progress and successful execution of key initiatives.**Required Qualifications:*** 3+ years of relevant work experience (consulting, corporate strategy, corporate development)* 3+ years proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (i.e. Excel, PowerPoint)**Preferred Qualifications:*** Experience presenting to leadership teams* Ability to influence partners and leaders without direct authority* Ability to partner and work cross-functionally* FP&A, forecasting, budgeting or similar experience* MBA**Education**

Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience**Anticipated Weekly Hours**40**Time Type**Full time**Pay Range**The typical pay range for this role is:$60,300.00 - $159,120.00This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.

The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.

This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. Our people fuel our future.
