Overview

Key Responsibilities
Schedule and confirm appointments to ensure smooth customer experience
Create transparent repair orders with accurate cost and time estimates
Communicate with technicians and parts team to guarantee timely service completion
Provide regular updates to customers on the status of their vehicle
Maintain strong product knowledge to assist with service needs and warranty information
Minimum Qualifications
Automotive Service Advisor experience is required.
Must be available to work Monday through Saturday
Positive & Friendly Attitude
Interpersonal Communication skills
Basic computer skills
Strong desire to provide an exceptional client experience
Ability to achieve targeted goals
High School Diploma or equivalent
Must have a Valid Driver’s License
Must pass background check, MVR, and drug screening

The compensation for this position is wholly commission-based. As a result, compensation may vary based on several factors, including individual performance and market conditions. The compensation reasonably expected for this position is
$50,000-$108,000 a year .
