Day‑to‑Day Duties
Sell daycare enrollments
Lead tours of the facility
Book Meet & Greet appointments over the phone
Make calls to leads
Follow‑up with pet parents and dogs via phone and text
Post on Instagram and Facebook
Use computer software (MS Office, iOS, etc.)
Multi‑task: deliver customer service while balancing needs of canine coaches in playrooms
Cleaning duties
Manage POS system
Greet everyone that walks into Dogtopia
Understanding Dogtopia’s noble cause and dogtopiisms

Qualifications
Love dogs.
Ability to spend up to 100% of work time standing.
Flexibility to work varied days, hours, holidays, and weekends.
Ability to work cohesively in a fun, fast‑paced environment.
Strong customer service skills.
Ability to make/take phone calls while assisting the lobby.
Comfort with upselling.
