Job Description
This role is a Marketing Intern position that works directly with the Corporate Marketing team, which includes Digital Marketing, Sales Operations, and Marketing.
Assist with content updates to the Stanley Martin website
Learn and update call‑tracking metrics (phone system) with changes provided by the Marketing team
Review and proof collateral for brand accuracy
Audit online home listings displayed on third‑party sites such as Zillow, Realtor.com, and MLS
Assist with managing projects with external vendors and the internal design team
Support cross‑functional Sales and Marketing analytics projects
Help plan and execute events including the annual Sales Summit and neighborhood events
Assist with Salesforce Admin requests and troubleshoot issues across sales, support, operations, and marketing teams
Review and audit large data sets and assist with cleanup efforts where applicable
Upload and tag photography into the Data Asset Management System
Update digital advertising campaigns
Use various AI tools to create content for blogs and other media
Assist with execution of marketing email campaigns
Support new projects, enhancements, integrations, or implementations as needed

Position Requirements
College student currently enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program in Communications, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
Detail‑oriented and results‑driven
Self‑starter with an entrepreneurial mindset
Strong analytical and project management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Interest in day‑to‑day marketing activities in a fast‑paced environment
Ability to collaborate effectively with co‑workers from multiple teams and communicate across all levels of the organization
Experience with PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
Available for a 40‑hour work week for at least 8–12 weeks during May to August
