Job Description
TITLE:
Converting Operator C
POSITION OBJECTIVE:
Support daily production operations by ensuring product quality, maintaining efficient line performance, and leading team members to follow proper procedures and safety standards.
QUALIFICATIONS:
3+ months previous experience in manufacturing or converting operations preferred
Ability to perform machine setup and basic troubleshooting
Able to lift up to 50 pounds routinely
Strong attention to detail and problem‑solving skills
Ability to train and support team members in a production environment
Ensure consistent, dependable attendance and demonstrate a willingness to accommodate non‑standard work hours as necessary
Capable of effectively managing job‑related stress and fostering productive workplace interactions
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Support daily production line operations
Assist with machine setup and adjustments
Monitor product quality and address issues as needed
Review and verify production tickets (quantity and total lbs.)
Train and guide operators and packers on proper procedures
Maintain housekeeping and ensure proper scrap and recycling handling
Coordinate with shipping/warehouse for material movement and placement
Complete required production and quality documentation
Follow all safety rules and company policies
WORK ENVIRONMENT CONDITIONS SUBJECT TO IN THIS POSITION:
Inside and outside environments apply
Manufacturing environment
Ability to work in varying temperatures (cold and hot)
Subject to noise
