Location:
MOMMC, Nellis AFB, NV
Schedule:
Monday–Friday, 0630–1730 (variable shifts)
Position Overview
Manages surgical scheduling operations, ensuring accurate coordination of procedures, providers, and resources.
Key Responsibilities
Schedule surgical procedures and OR blocks
Coordinate with surgeons and clinical teams
Maintain scheduling systems
Track availability of rooms and equipment
Communicate schedule changes
Ensure documentation accuracy
Requirements & Qualifications
High School Diploma required
Experience in medical scheduling
Strong organizational skills
Knowledge of medical terminology
Preferred Qualifications
Surgical scheduling experience
Military healthcare experience
