We’re looking for a results-driven Franchise Recruiter to support hiring across our franchise network.
The foundation of each Byrider dealership is its people and this role will help drive the success of our system every single day.
In this role, you’ll lead full-cycle recruiting while partnering directly with Franchisees to understand their business needs and deliver high-quality talent that drives performance and growth.
What You’ll Do
Manage full-cycle recruiting across multiple locations
Partner with hiring managers to define roles and hiring needs
Source, screen, and interview candidates
Present qualified candidates and coordinate interviews
Support offer development and close candidates
Build strong relationships with Franchisees and act as a recruiting advisor
Develop talent pipelines for key and recurring roles
Utilize ATS and recruiting tools to manage pipelines and track results
What You Bring
5+ years of recruiting experience (multi-location or franchise experience preferred)
Strong sourcing, interviewing, and closing skills
Ability to build relationships and influence hiring decisions
Experience managing multiple roles in a fast‑paced environment
Familiarity with dealership, retail, or service industries is a plus
