This HRIS Analyst position works on-site at the Ruan Campus located in downtown Des Moines
Schedule:
Monday - Friday
3 years of HCM experience is required
Payroll and benefits experience is a plus
This HRIS position partners with various areas of the Human Resources and Payroll team and their internal customers and business partners to analyze work process design and flow, produce simple and complex data reporting, distribution and analysis and be the primary point of contact for HRIS organization and data integrity.
Responsibilities:
Create and maintain documentation for HRIS processes and results, document process flows, train team members and internal customers.
Effectively collaborate with internal partners such as IT, Payroll, Safety and other HR functional areas as well as external vendor partners.
Develop, schedule and maintain a variety of complex reports and queries utilizing appropriate reporting tools for ongoing and ad hoc requests. Maintain confidentiality of all information.
Maintain data integrity in systems by developing and running audit queries, analyzing data and developing and implementing methods to ensure the root source data quality.
Understand and monitor dependencies of all relevant systems that impact HRIS.
Perform other job related duties and special projects as required.
Requirements
Job Requirements/Minimum Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
Course of Study: Human Resources, Computer Science, Information Systems or related discipline.
Experience: 3-5 years
Type of experience: 3-5 years HRIS administration experience.
Strong technical skills (i.e. Microsoft Office, HRIS systems). High level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information. Excellent project management, organization, critical thinking and problem solving skills. Excellent prioritization, time management and organization skills with demonstrated ability to manage multiple demands with proven results. Excellent oral and written communication skills, including ability to develop and execute user training.
