Ventek Solutions is seeking a motivated and customer-focused
Customer Service Representative
to join our growing team onsite in either Findlay, Ohio or Owosso, Michigan. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, enjoys solving problems, and takes pride in delivering exceptional service to customers and internal teams.
The Customer Service Representative will serve as a key point of contact for customers while managing orders, coordinating with production, and ensuring a high level of responsiveness and accuracy. This position offers the opportunity to grow within a dynamic company experiencing continued expansion. The role is onsite in our plant and is not eligible for remote work.
Key Responsibilities
Manage customer accounts and serve as the primary day-to-day contact for assigned customers
Process orders accurately and efficiently in ERP systems
Monitor open orders, shipment schedules, and customer demand changes
Communicate proactively with customers regarding order status, lead times, and delivery updates
Coordinate closely with production, scheduling, shipping, and sales teams to meet customer expectations
Resolve customer issues, complaints, discrepancies, and accounts receivable matters in a timely and professional manner
Support forecasting activities by reviewing demand trends and customer releases
Maintain accurate customer records, pricing, and account documentation
Identify opportunities to improve service levels and internal processes
Qualifications
3–5 years of customer service, account coordination, inside sales, or order management experience
Manufacturing experience strongly preferred
Bachelor’s degree preferred
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
High attention to detail with strong organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Problem-solving mindset with a sense of urgency
ERP/MRP system experience preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Teams)
