Job Responsibilities
Proactively engage, connect and listen to customers by asking questions to determine their needs.
Assist customers in opening Star Card accounts, provide applications, basic program information, and answer questions regarding account balances, credit limits, etc. Accept Star Card payments.
Provide refunds, merchandise exchanges, and price adjustments in accordance with Navy Exchange policy.
Greet and provide specialized services to customers; perform transactions quickly, efficiently, and professionally.
Qualifications
Must possess the knowledge and skills necessary to perform job duties.
Must pass a pre‑employment criminal background check.
One year of responsible experience in clerical office or retail sales store work, demonstrating the ability to perform satisfactorily in the role.
