Looking to TRADE UP to a better opportunity? ACE Home Services is hiring a remote Seasonal Customer Service Representative— with the potential to convert to Full‑Time for top performers.
Pay: $18–$20/hr + spiffs
Schedule:
Seasonal role with weekends required.
Shifts are 8pm-5am.
Remote position with some on site requirements in Phoenix, AZ. Applicants must reside within commuting distance of Phoenix, AZ.

What You’ll Do
Take inbound calls from new and existing customers and create lifelong ACE customers
Make outbound calls to membership customers to schedule maintenance visits
Communicate promotions, sales opportunities, and cross‑sell options
Enter and update sensitive customer information accurately
Provide general inbound customer service and support
What You Bring
Previous customer service experience, especially inbound and outbound call handling
Previous customer service experience in a trades environment (strongly preferred)
ServiceTitan experience preferred
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
A team‑first mindset with honesty, integrity, and a positive attitude
