Team Member - Manufacturing (BQS Blister Packing machine Operator)

Job Summary
We are looking for an individual to oversee day‑to‑day blister packing operations, including guiding and coaching employees, ensuring equipment safety and maintenance, executing batch manufacturing and packaging activities, reviewing documentation, maintaining product quality, coordinating training, conducting initial incident investigations, and managing process orders.
Packing Operations
Operate blister packing machines as per
approved SOPs and BMR/BPR .
Perform line clearance before batch start and after batch completion.
Set up, changeover, and monitor blister packing equipment to ensure smooth operation.
Ensure correct loading of blister forming materials, foils, cartons, leaflets, and labels.
Monitor critical process parameters and inspect output for defects such as:
Improper sealing
Missing tablets
Poor print quality
Damaged blisters
Quality & Compliance
Follow
cGMP, GDP, and EHS guidelines
at all times.
Ensure batch documentation is accurate, complete, and timely.
Perform
in‑process checks (IPQC)
and report deviations immediately.
Comply with
data integrity
principles during recording and reporting.
Support QA during audits, inspections, and investigations.
Equipment & Maintenance
Perform routine cleaning of blister machines as per cleaning SOPs.
Carry out minor troubleshooting and report breakdowns to maintenance.
Ensure machine cleanliness and upkeep during and after operations.
Safety & Housekeeping
Adhere to all safety procedures, PPE requirements, and site safety norms.
Maintain
5S and good housekeeping
in the packing area.
Follow waste segregation and disposal procedures.
Qualifications
Educational Qualification
A Diploma/B.Sc.
Minimum Work Experience
2 to 5 years of experience.
Technical Skills
Knowledge of Pas|X.
Knowledge & Experience in OSD – Blister Packing Line.
Knowledge & Experience in Tablet/Capsule manufacturing & Packing.
Experienced in Tube filling, Jar filling, Bottle filling etc.
Experienced in handling secondary packing activities like Carton packing, Case packing and Serialization.
Good understanding of GMP and good laboratory practices.
Experience in granulation, blending and tablet inspection.
Behavioural Skills
Proactive approach to identifying and solving challenges in manufacturing processes.
Collaboration with cross‑functional teams, promoting a cooperative and inclusive work environment.
Efficient time management to meet production schedules and deadlines without compromising quality.
Effective communication and training skills for user departments and service providers.
