Be the Start of the Process
At SIMONA AMERICA Industries, everything starts with the mix. As a Production Mixing Operator, you play a critical role in preparing the materials that drive our entire extrusion operation.
This is a hands‑on role in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment with real opportunities to grow into higher‑paying operator positions.
Why Join SIMONA?

Team‑oriented environment with strong leadership support
What You’ll Do
You’ll operate and support mixing equipment used to produce high‑quality PVC compounds for extrusion.
Load raw materials into mixing equipment using conveyors and material handling equipment.
Operate and adjust mixing machines to ensure consistent, high‑quality batches.
Monitor temperature, cooling, and blending cycles based on process guidelines.
Transfer finished batches to containers, conveyors, or production lines.
Operate auxiliary equipment to grind, dry, or prepare materials.
Maintain accurate batch records and mix logs.
Support inventory processes and material movement to extrusion lines.
Keep work area clean, organized, and safe.
What We’re Looking For
High school diploma or GED.
Manufacturing, mixing, or material handling experience is a plus—but not required.
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow process instructions.
Basic math skills (weights, measurements, ratios).
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Reliable and team‑oriented.
Bilingual a Plus
Spanish/English bilingual skills are a strong plus.
Ability to communicate effectively with a diverse team is highly valued.
