Protein Conversion Lead Person – 2nd Shift
Location: Protein Conversion Plant – Edinburg, VA
Position Summary
Individual will be responsible for leading the department and assisting supervisor in daily operations of the Protein Conversion plant.
Education and Experience Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Supervisor/Lead Person experience preferred
Must have at least 5 years of Protein Conversion Experience
Skill Summary
Must be able to drive a straight gear truck
Willing to learn to operate all systems and machinery and make quick decisions
Willing to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and overtime as needed
Must be a team player and have a positive attitude
Excellent attendance (4 points or less), safety and work record
Ability to work without direct supervision
