OLM Food Solutions is taking applications for a full‑time warehouse worker (Material Handler) in Sioux Falls, SD. Hours are 8 am – 6:30 pm, Monday – Thursday. Starting pay is $20/hr.
Position Purpose

Warehouse associates are the foundation of our company’s success. They work actively, safely, and independently to maintain the efficient flow of products through our distribution process while ensuring quality standards. As a warehouse worker you will support the shipping and/or receiving functions within our warehouse.
The material handler is a member of a team that maintains warehouse stock that is received, inventoried, and distributed as instructed.
Essential Functions

Pick customer orders from stock and place items on pallets.
Load trucks with product and verify orders.
Relocate inventory to the appropriate location prior to truck loading.
Stage material for orders.
Put pallets away after unloading trailers.
Complete mandatory inspection of trailers prior to loading.
Maintain a clean and orderly work environment.
Complete safety inspection of equipment.
Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
At least 6 months of warehouse and/or distribution work experience.
Availability to work scheduled/assigned hours and required overtime.
Ability to stand, walk, reach, and lift repeatedly throughout shift.
Ability to lift, stack, and/or pull products from shelves, and replenish product from various heights weighing 10–35 pounds and generally up to 60–90 pounds, depending on location, throughout shift.
Ability to work in multi‑temperature environments such as cooler, freezer, and dry.
Pass post‑offer drug test and criminal background check.
Preferred Qualifications

At least 1 year of warehouse and/or distribution work experience.
At least 6 months experience operating a forklift and/or pallet jack.
Foodservice distribution or related industry experience.
