Shipping & Receiving Technician

to join our team.

As a

Shipping & Receiving Technician , you will play a key role in ensuring client equipment and test materials are received, handled, and shipped safely and efficiently. Your work helps keep our laboratories running smoothly and supports the engineering teams who deliver the insights our clients depend on.

What You’ll Do

Receive and process incoming shipments, including inspection, documentation, and distribution to the appropriate departments

Prepare outgoing shipments by packaging, banding, weighing, and creating shipping labels

Coordinate the handling and movement of client equipment and materials throughout the facility

Collaborate with internal teams, approved suppliers, and third‑party representatives as needed

Operate equipment such as overhead cranes and forklifts to move materials safely

Maintain clean and organized work areas and return tools to their proper locations

Assist with general facility organization and waste removal

Support technical staff with test setup and teardown when needed

Perform additional tasks as assigned by supervisors or managers

Begin developing the skills needed for potential future advancement into a

Lab Technician

role

Required Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent

Valid driver’s license

Ability to operate a forklift (or willingness to be trained)

Strong commitment to safety practices

Ability to follow instructions and work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment

Basic computer skills

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Willingness to work overtime when needed, including occasional evenings or weekends
