Ozarks Community Hospital (OCH), located in Gravette, Arkansas, has an opening for a Scheduling Coordinator within our Patient Access Department.

The
Scheduling Coordinator
is responsible for answering multi-line telephone, triaging calls, taking messages, and scheduling appointments. The telephone operator serves as a liaison between caller, medical facilities and medical support staff.

Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent.
One to three years' experience as a switchboard operator preferred.
Knowledge of medical terminology preferred.
