Boeing Test and Evaluation (BT&E) is seeking a
Mid-Level Test Support Pilot
to join our Flight Operations team in
Seattle, WA .
As a Light Test Support Pilot at Boeing, you will fly our light support aircraft to support Commercial, Military and Development programs.
Position Responsibilities
Fly as a single or dual pilot in the execution of aircrew movements with light support aircraft (Cessna Caravan, Pilatus PC-12, etc.) to support off‑site production and engineering flight operations.
May participate in acceptance, ferry and functional test flights on testbed aircraft.
Assist Engineering in the planning of project flight profiles.
Demonstrate testbed acceptance process to validate configuration compliance; contribute to project configuration and safety review.
Coordinate with Engineering, Manufacturing and Airworthiness personnel on certification efforts to ensure design integrity.
Identify and document project configuration deficiencies and coordinate resolution with engineering.
Basic Qualifications (Required)
Must meet Export Control compliance requirements; a “US Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. § 120.15 (US Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee).
Commercial Certificate or FAA ATP with appropriate endorsements or military equivalent.
Single‑Engine turbo‑prop experience.
Aircrew experience.
Experience working with flight test.
1000 flight hours.
Current FAA Class II medical certificate or the ability to obtain one.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree or higher.
Pay & Benefits
Pay range: $169,150 – $228,850.
Basis for pay is dependent upon candidate experience, qualifications, market and business considerations.
