Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Supply Chain Intern to join our team. This internship offers hands‑on experience in supply chain operations, including procurement, inventory management, logistics, and data analysis. The ideal candidate is eager to learn, highly organized, and interested in developing a career in supply chain or operations management.
Key Responsibilities
Assist with daily supply chain operations, including procurement, inventory tracking, and order fulfillment
Support data analysis and reporting related to inventory levels, demand planning, and supplier performance
Help monitor stock levels and coordinate replenishment activities
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams such as purchasing, production, and logistics
Assist in identifying process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs
Maintain accurate records and documentation for supply chain activities
Support vendor communication and follow‑ups as needed
Participate in special projects and initiatives within the supply chain team
Qualifications
Currently pursuing a degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Operations, Logistics, or a related field
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
Excellent organizational and time management abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Detail‑oriented with a high level of accuracy
Preferred Qualifications
Familiarity with supply chain concepts such as inventory management, forecasting, or logistics
Experience with ERP systems or data analysis tools is a plus
Previous internship or coursework related to supply chain or operations
