
Warehouse Associate - Cooler Full Case Nights

Position Details
Payrate: $21.00 per hour with up to $0.04 piece pay incentive (to be discussed further in interview)
Schedule: Sunday – Thursday, 1:00 PM until work is completed
Must be able to work in a cooler environment for the entire shift (temperature 35‑38°F; freezer gear provided)
Responsibilities
Receive all inbound merchandise and locate proper pick location
Restock order pick and flow lines to prepare warehouse for order selection
Ensure placement of product in sufficient quantities for demand
Maintain high detail in areas such as balers, aisles, racking, floors, door pits, etc.
Transfer merchandise from receiving area to appropriate location, consolidate into picking containers as necessary
Pack products securely in cartons and totes, apply shipping ID, mark cartons/totes with truck run and stop number
Ensure safe and efficient movement and tracking of inbound, outbound, stored products
Maintain inventory integrity by adhering to system processes
Pull orders according to sequencing on delivery route/run list
Record amounts of materials or items received or distributed
Perform end‑of‑shift tasks such as charging power equipment and verifying completed work
Maintain orderly workstation; return supplies and merchandise to assigned locations
Follow all preferred work methods, safety policies, procedures; report unsafe conditions immediately
Perform other related duties as assigned
Qualifications
High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent
6+ months warehouse and/or distribution work experience using an electric pallet jack
Ability to work scheduled/assigned times and required overtime
Able to stand, walk, reach, and lift repeatedly throughout shift
Ability to lift, stack, and pull products off shelves, replenish from various heights; items weighing between 10–35 pounds, and generally 60–90 pounds depending on location
Ability to obtain certifications for powered equipment (e.g., forklift operation)
Pass post‑offer drug test and criminal background check
Preferred Qualifications
Prior full case picking experience
1+ year warehouse and/or distribution work experience
Foodservice distribution or related industry experience
