Earlham Church of Christ, an independent New Testament church, is seeking a visionary Minister to lead us into a new chapter. Earlham offers a vibrant small‑town community with an active Main Street and excellent K‑12 school, all the while being just 17 miles from the big‑city amenities of the Des Moines metro.
We are a town that values tradition and stability, but we are ready for a leader who can reinvigorate our mission and breathe new life into our ministry. We aren’t just looking for a preacher; we are looking for a catalyst. We need a leader who can build on our solid foundation, reconnect with the community, and help our congregation find a renewed sense of purpose and excitement.
