Crown Equipment Corporation is seeking customer-focused technicians skilled in auto, diesel, aircraft, or forklift maintenance to join our field service team.
Job Duties
Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair Crown and other makes of lift trucks.
Perform all planned maintenance on customer lift trucks.
Maintain a service van and its inventory.
Process paperwork after each job.
Minimum Qualifications
Less than 2 years of related experience.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Valid driver’s license, good driving record, and ability to safely operate lift trucks.
Preferred Qualifications
Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude; knowledge of electrical/electronic systems, hydraulics, and internal combustion engines.
Ability to read and understand electrical and hydraulic schematics.
Good written and verbal communication, and customer‑care skills.
Technical degree, prior lift truck repair, welding experience, and familiarity with testing equipment.
Experience with hand tools, electrical/air tools, torch, arc welder, and testing equipment.
Industry‑related training preferred.
Ability to read, interpret, and follow service manuals and plans.
